Mobile entertainment marketer InfoSpace, Inc. has introduced two incentive programs that reward subscribers for playing its mobile games.
The first program, Frequent Player Points, allows long-term subscribers to earn points by playing bonus-based games. Members who purchase and play more games have a greater chance to earn points that can be exchanged for tickets to monthly raffles for exciting prizes.
The second program, Tell-A-Friend, rewards subscribers who get their friends and family members to enroll. Each time subscribers refer a new user to join a InfoSpace tournament game, they earn referral points used to rank them in monthly tournaments. The subscribers with the most referral points at the end of each month are rewarded with prizes.
“With our new Frequent Player Points feature, it no longer matters if you’re the best player or the worst. The more you play, the more you’ll have an opportunity to win,” Andy Riedel, general manager of games at InfoSpace, said in a statement. “With the Tell-A-Friend feature, we’ve made a game out of inviting friends to join our tournaments.”
Prizes include Sony PSPs, Sony digital cameras, iPod Shuffles and Fandango Buck gift certificates.
