The Incentive Marketing Association has named its leadership team, charged with implementing its new five-year strategic plan.
The plan calls for more education, training and benchmarking opportunities to incentive users and suppliers.
IMA’s 2006 executive committee includes President Paul Spitzberg, VP-special markets at Coach; executive VP-Michelle Smith, VP-business development, O.C. Tanner; VP-Richard Blabolil, president, Marketing Innovators; treasurer, Regis Welsh, Sr., CEO, Regis Marketing Group; secretary, Joe Jagelka, director, Premium Sales & Marketing, Almo; and past president Cindy Mielke, national sales manager, Staples.
The new team also includes five new directors elected for the first time in an online election held last month.
The five new members are: Jimmy Beyer, national sales manager, Sony Electronics; Fran Ford, Jr., VP-sales, AwardCraft; Barbara Hendrickson, president, Design Incentives; Norma Jean Knollenberg, president, Top Brands; and Spencer Toomey, VP-The Corporate Marketplace, Inc.
The new posts take effect in January.
