Call center holding company IA Global Inc., based in San Francisco, has acquired Shift Resources Inc., an inbound and outbound telemarketing services firm based in the Philippines.
The deal was structured as a share exchange, in which IA Global issued 826,086 shares of its common stock. The close price during the negotiations was 23 cents per share or $190,000.
The acquisition was completed on April 10. An additional $35,000 was paid, as the IA Global and Shift Resources agreed to value the transaction at $225,000.
Shift Operations offers a range of call center services. It provides lead generation and telephone customer services for international companies across multiple time zones.
