Hyatt Hotels Corp., Chicago, has selected Critical Mass, a member of the RappDigital Network, to develop the new design, functionality and technology platform for Hyatt.com and Hyatt’s network of other North American sites.
The technology platform for the sites will include personalized marketing and integration with Hyatt’s GoldPassport customer loyalty program. Customer profiles will help to better target marketing content.
Hyatt currently has more than 40 web sites in North America.
