Home Shopping Network, St. Petersburg, FL has appointed Jeffrey Taraschi to be executive VP, general merchandise manager. Taraschi will be responsible for the Company’s Merchandising, Planning and Programming activities, and will report to Mark Bozek, President, Home Shopping Network.
Taraschi was most recently president and CEO of L.J. International, Inc., a jewelry manufacturer in Hong Kong, a post he held for the last year. Taraschi also spent over three years as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for the Jewelry Division of QVC.
The Home Shopping Network’s 24-hour programming reaches 70 million households via cable, broadcast television and satellite dishes.
