Home Shopping Network, St. Petersburg, FL, has named four new management posts. They are:
* Bob Rosenblatt to the position of COO of HSN. He will oversee operations, information technology, finance, and human resources. He continues to report to Mark Bozek, President and CEO of HSN.
* Jed Trosper has been appointed president of HSN International and will oversee all of HSN’s international ventures including interests in Home Order Television in Germany, The Shop Channel in Japan, and Home Shopping En Espanol. He continues to report to Bozek.
* Michael McMullen has been named president of International Business Development. McMullen will continue to concentrate his efforts in negotiating partnerships and managing international business relationships while pursuing and developing new international ventures.
* Judy Schmeling has been promoted to senior vice president of finance from vice president of strategic planning and analysis. She will be responsible for all aspects of finance including strategic planning, accounting, merchandise planning and control, and tax.
