Hey, Hey, Hey! Fat Albert teams With NBA

The NBA is partnering with the Fat Albert film to promote its All-Star Balloting program.

A new 2005 All-Star Balloting television commercial, which will feature characters from the Twentieth Century Fox movie and NBA Legend Bill Walton, will air during NBA games on ABC, TNT, ESPN, and NBA TV, in 150 Loews Cineplex Entertainment movie theater lobbies and during other NBA programming.

An All-Star Balloting promotional screen will be seen before previews at participating Loews theaters and a Fat Albert print ad will appear on paper ballots. The film opens nationwide Dec. 25.

The balloting program will be available in 19 languages on the NBA.com Network, downloadable via Verizon Wireless, in all 30 NBA arenas and at retail partners Foot Locker and Champs Sports.

In-arena ballots presented by Sprite will feature a panel devoted to the home team where the team will promote their potential All-Stars, ticket packages, community initiatives or allow a team sponsor to use the space for their promotion.
