About 1,000 health clubs are gearing up for a first-quarter 2006 sampling campaign.
The effort, called the I Lost It At the Club! Challenge, will run in January and February via the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). The Boston-based association positions the campaign with an anti-obesity message; brands distribute up to 2 million samples via IHRSA member clubs. A few brands have expressed interest so far.
Meanwhile, two separate sampling efforts in IHRSA clubs in select markets support product launches this month. Aquafresh Extreme Clean, which comes to IHRSA via the association’s partnership with Shape magazine, will distribute 1,000 samples in each participating club. Kashi will distribute 1,000 samples of GOLEAN Roll! snacks in each participating IHRSA club.
