In a deal that creates the world’s fourth-largest advertising communications conglomerate, Bethesda, MD-based Snyder Communications was acquired by Paris-based Havas Advertising. Snyder’s advertising, marketing services, direct marketing, and interactive services businesses will double the revenues of Havas’ four existing divisions.
