Harte-Hanks Inc. has signed a deal giving it an option to acquire Australian partner Communique Direct.
The earliest a purchase could occur is August 2004.
Harte-Hanks, of San Antonio, TX, has been with working with Communique Direct to serve clients in the Asia-Pacific region since 1998.
Sydney-based Communique Direct offers lead generation, call center, database and market research services.
