Harte-Hanks Inc., San Antonio, TX, has acquired LYNQS Newmedia, Kansas City, MO, an Internet developer for the financial services, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Terms were not disclosed.
LYNQS will become a part of Harte-Hanks Interactive. Its operations will remain in Kansas City for now, but will eventually be moved to Harte-Hanks’ new facility in Lenexa, KS.
