Harte-Hanks Inc. has bought Information Arts Ltd, a U.K.-based database marketing services company, for an undisclosed sum.
Information Arts will operate as a unit of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing under its current leadership of Simon Lawrence and Gary Selby.
