Harte-Hanks Inc., San Antonio, TX, has acquired Avellino Technologies Ltd., a data profiling technology firm. Harte-Hanks will combine Avellino Technology’s offerings with its own Trillium Software division.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Harte-Hanks will continue to offer Trillium software and Avelino Technologies products both separate and as integrated packages.
Avellino Technologies is located in Aldermaston, UK.
