Harte-Hanks Inc. has acquired Mason Zimbler Ltd., a digital marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Mason Zimbler specializes in working with technology companies in Europe. It has offices in Bristol and Reading, U.K. The services it offers include direct marketing, Web site development, media planning and e-mail lead generation.
“Bringing the global creative and marketing expertise to Harte-Hanks increases our international footprint and expands our digital offering,” said in a statement Gary Skidmore, president of Harte-Hanks.
