Public safety cataloger/retailer Gall’s Inc., based in Lexington, KY, has acquired Carlsbad, CA-based DynaMed, a manufacturer and distributor of patient transport and emergency medical supplies.
Terms were not disclosed.
“Gall’s ability to serve the emergency medical market has been greatly enhanced by this acquisition, which expands our product range and creates a West Coast presence for distribution and telemarketing,” said Thomas Vozzo, president of Gall’s in a statement.
