WHAT COULD BE a greater putdown than being kicked out of an organization? I’ll tell you what: being kicked out of an organization to which you don’t even belong.
My wife has been more than an eBay buyer; she’s been an eBay advocate, a tout, a shill, an unpaid but enthusiastic salesperson.
So it was with a mixture of annoyance, anger and sadness that she showed me a message from eBay on her screen:

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to the violation of the site policy below:
