Foster & Gallagher will substantially reduce its workforce, and may file for a liquidation of its assets under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, the company announced this morning.
According to Doug Morris, a spokesman for the company, layoffs will occur throughout the entire company, with the exception of the Walter Drake Gift Group, which is seeking a buyer. He also said that the Walter Drake Gift Group was the only division still taking orders from customers.
