Wal-Mart and eToys e-commerce site orders will be fulfilled by Fingerhut Business Services, a division of Federated Department Stores. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
FSBI, which was acquired by Federated a few months ago, will provide Web and phone order processing and fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, payment processing, customer service, and merchandise returns. The division serves some 22 other companies, including Levi’s, Intuit, and PC Flowers & Gifts, among others.
