Epylon.com Corp., a San Francisco-based online procurement site for school districts, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Texas Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN), the state’s largest provider of cooperative purchasing for school districts and public institutions.
Terms were not disclosed.
With this purchase, Epylon.com breaks into the offline government procurement process.
