Engage, Inc., an online advertising network, has agreed to acquire MediaBridge Technologies Inc., an Acton, MA-based provider of targeted marketing systems for catalogers and retailers, for about $268 million in stock.
Upon the close of the acquisition, which is expected by late summe MediaBridge will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engage. MediaBridge president/CEO Bob Angelo will report directly to Engage president/CEO Paul Schaut.
