Engage Inc., Andover, MA, has named Christopher Cuddy as interim president and chief executive officer, as well as director. Cuddy replaces Anthony Nuzzo, who has resigned to pursue other interests.
Cuddy assumes operating and financial responsibility for Engage. Nuzzo is expected to remain at the firm until the end of the month to assist with the transition.
Most recently, Cuddy, was vice president of corporate development at CMGI. Engage is a majority-owned operating company of CMGI Inc.
