E-Dialog has acquired the e-mail marketing business of Whitespeed.
The price was not disclosed.
E-Dialog, an e-mail service provider based in Lexington, MA, will gain Whitespeed’s rich media capabilities and client relationships. It will also inherit some staff from the Santa Monica, CA-based firm.
