Draft New York has named Harry Owens director of information systems. He will be responsible for managing all information technology operations for the Manhattan agency.
Owens has nearly 25 years experience in the IT field. Concurrent with his oversight of Draft New York, Owens also serves as managing director of information technologies for the Americas at Lowe & Partners Worldwide, a position he has held since 2000.
