DMi Partners has acquired America’s Best Barbecue, an online retailer of grills, sauces and accessories for n undisclosed sum.
Founder Shad Rockstad will remain with the company as vice president of merchandising.
DMi will take over management of operations, fulfillment, vendor relationships, accounting, marketing, public relations, and customer service for the firm.
