The Pharmaceutical Council of the Direct Marketing Association will hold its first-ever Pharmaceutical Executive Forum in December, with a program tailored for senior-level executives of the pharma industry. The meeting will take place on Monday, Dec. 6, at the Wyndham Hotel in Philadelphia.
“Learning to fully integrate your marketing efforts across channels is key to being a successful player in the industry,” said Bob Girondi, senior director of AstraZeneca, L.P., and chairman of the DMA Pharmaceutical Council. “This program contains all the tools needed to effectively increase market share.”
Forum presentations will look at a range of issues for pharma marketing: professional marketing, CRM and market segmentation, marketing metrics and calculating return on investment. Speakers will include Dan Kim, director of new products at Novartis; Fay Morin, AstraZeneca director of consumer marketing; Elizabeth Boehm, senior analyst for healthcare and life sciences with Forrester Research. Executives from Dey, L.P. and St. Joseph’s University Executive Pharmaceutical Marketing MBA Program will also take part.
