American Republic Insurance Co., Des Moines, plans to open a new direct marketing office in Council Bluffs, IA, that will create 130 jobs in the community over a two-year period.
American Republic has targeted May 1 as the date for operations to begin in a 19,000-square-foot space in the Omni Centre Business Park.
