Teen content site iTurf has reunited with its old parent company offline teen retailer dELiA*s. The two entities announced an $83 million all-stock deal to remerge. The companies hope the move will boost productivity, published reports said.
ITurf was spun off from dELiA*s in April 1999, in a $92.4 million IPO.
