Davox Corp., a customer interaction software manufacturer, will change its name to Concerto Software Inc. The company has given up its former Nasdaq symbol, DAVX, and is now traded under the stock symbol CRTO.
In January, Davox merged with CELLIT, adding CELLIT’s customer interaction software to its other customer contact products, which include ContactPro and Ensemble.
