Crunch Fitness has launched a new integrated marketing effort to celebrate the gym’s 15th anniversary.
Television spots centering on the “15 Years of Making Life Hot ‘N Sweaty” theme will debut Sept. 6 in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, said Inna Shamis, a spokeswoman for New York-based Crunch. The ads will feature both an 800 number and the address of the gym’s Web site, crunch.com, where visitors can download a 15 day guest pass valid this month.
The anniversary campaign will also be promoted through inserts in Val-Pak mailers in October and December, as well as print ads in local weekly publications in markets Crunch serves. E-mail blasts in conjunction with partners like Self magazine will also factor into the promotion.
Crunch, a brand of Bally Total Fitness, has over 100,000 members and 24 locations in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Miami and Mission Viejo, CA. Creative for the new campaign was conceived by RocketScience of New York.
