Creative Catalogs Corp. has purchased the name and assets of Silvo Hardware Co. Silvo, which mailed the Silvo Home & Garden catalog, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2004.
Creative Catalog also owns the Personal Creations catalog and Web site (http://www.personalcreations.com). Terms of the acquisition by the privately held Creative Catalog were not disclosed. Silvo will be run out of creative Catalog
