Two DM veterans have opened a CRM and database services firm in Tampa, FL.
August Marketing LLC Direct Customer Solutions was founded by Bill Cook and Mary Highley. Cook will serve as president and Highley as executive vice president.
The firm, which will also have offices in Maryland, will offer customer segmentation services with an eye toward maximizing return on investment.
Cook and Highley have done work for AT&T, Time-Life, Home Shopping Network, Disney and Celebrity Cruises.
