Comcast Opens Second Connecticut Call Center

Comcast has opened a new 77,000 square-foot center located in Enfield, CT. It’s Comcast’s second call center in the state and will create more than 200 jobs.

Agents at the new call center will provide customer service for Comcast’s cable television, Internet and telephone services in Connecticut.

Comcast presently operates five call centers in New England. The company has cutback on outsourcing telemarketing to handle customer service in-house.
