CMGI, Inc., the e-mail marketing services provider, has acquired substantially Software Logistics Corp., a California corporation doing business as iLogistix, for $46 million.
The Andover, MA company’s acquisition was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the administrator in The Netherlands.
iLogistix (http://www.ilogistix.com) provides procurement, inventory management, assembly, fulfillment and distribution services through its global network.
