Christopher W. Wolf was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Catalina Marketing Corp. Wolf had most recently served as the firm’s treasurer and vice president of finance.
Wolf replaces Joseph P. Port, the company’s current executive vice president and chief financial officer. Port, whose resignation is effective June 28, cited personal reasons for resigning, according to Catalina.
