ChoicePoint Inc. has acquired USCerts, whose technology eases the remote ordering of birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates.
Terms were not disclosed.
This acquisition will reportedly help ChoicePoint’s VitalChek business, which now processes more than two million requests per year for personal identification documents.
