CDC Corp Acquires Australian Information Security Firm

CDC Software, a subsidiary of CDC Corp., has acquired a majority interest in Vectra Corp., an information security consulting services firm based in Sydney, Australia. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Vectra’s offerings will dovetail with Praxa Australia, CDC Software’s consulting services firm, and will strengthen its position in the Pacific Rim IT security and services market, the company said.
