Casual Male Corp. has entered into an agreement to sell its Work ‘n Gear subsidiary to Sandy Point, LLC.
Under the agreement, Sandy Point has agreed to offer employment to all retail field employees and no less than 70% of the headquarters employees of the business. In addition, Canton, Ma-based Casual Male has agreed to provide transition services to Greenwich, CT-based Sandy Point for up to six months following the closing of the transaction.
Work n’ Gear sells workwear, healthcare apparel and uniforms for industry and service businesses through retail stores, catalogs, a salesforce and e-commerce Web sites.
