Carlson Marketing Group, has promoted José Ferrão to president of its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In his new position, Ferrão will coordinate customer-centered strategies for a wide range of industries, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Travel & Leisure, Retail, Government, Financial Services, Automotive, Hospitality, Utilities and Entertainment. Ferrão will continue to be based in London.
Prior to his current position, Ferrão led the European growth of Peppers &Rogers Group, a Carlson Marketing Group company.
