Oxford Investments Holdings Inc. has provided financial backing for its joint venture partner Guangzhou Hongxin Insurance Agency to launch a direct marketing program in China.
It’s the Chinese agency’s first effort to sell insurance and investment products through direct marketing. It multi-channel strategy includes Internet sales, telemarketing and a catalog.
“I look forward to reporting on revenue growth and profitability form these initiatives in the near future,” said in a statement Michael Donaghy, president of Oxford Investments, based in Toronto, Canada.
