Call Solutions.com, Inc. has acquired CTC Teleservices, a telemarketing service company with 210 workstations.
Guy Scarpelli, who formed CTC in 1986, will continue as president of the unit.
Headquartered in Oak Brook, IL, CTC also offers database management services for telemarketing programs and electronic order entry and fulfillment. The firm works primarily in the areas of subscription and membership renewals, sales lead qualification and reactivation of orders. It also conducts market research for clients.
The acquisition is the tenth made by Waukesha, WI-based Call Solution
