TWO COLLEAGUES from Cahners Business Information’s eLogic division perished aboard the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.
Jeff Mladenik, the interim CEO for eLogic and Andrew Curry Green, the director of business development for the division, were aboard American Flight 11 when it was flown into the north tower. The two were travelling from Boston to Los Angeles on their way to the eLogic offices.
Mladenik was also the vice president of market development for Cahners Business Information’s electronics division. A part-time pastor, Mladenik, 43, and his wife, Sue, had four children. The couple lived in Hinsdale, IL.
Green was 34 years old and lived in Santa Monica, CA, with his wife Shannon. Mladenik was based in Des Plaines, IL, while Green worked from Los Angles, where he had recently moved.
