Belardi/Ostroy ALC has promoted Fred Onemma to vice president, list management.
Onemma previously served as director, list management for the New York-based firm. He is now responsible for sales, marketing and customer service systems and strategy.
Additionally, the company added Charu Leininger as account executive in the company’s I-Media insert division, and Kevin McCahill as an account representative in the list management division. Leininger most recently worked at insert media firm Leon Henry Inc., while McCahill served as list brokerage account executive at List Strategies.
