Avenue A Inc., Seattle, has purchased iballs, New York. The acquisition is expected to expand Avenue A’s reach as a provider of online marketing services.
Both Avenue A and iballs will retain in corporate headquarters, leadership, and staffs, but iballs will operate as independently as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Avenue A, founded in 1997, has a client roster that includes Eddie Bauer, Gateway and Mountain Zone.
