AT&T Inc. is giving give golf fans complete 2007 Masters Tournament content scoreboards through wireless devices, TV and personal computers.
Tournament coverage, which runs through April 8, will include previews and daily highlights, live tournament and practice range coverage, player interviews, live updates, and Internet links. Select content will be available for 60 days following the tournament’s conclusion. The content is part of AT&T sponsorship of the Masters.
Masters programming will be available starting today to AT&T customers at no additional charge through ATTBlueRoom;T blue room, AT&T U-verse TV, AT&T Homezone service, AT&T U-verse OnTheGo, AT&T Broadband TV, and Cingular, now AT&T, wireless service. Live video, including Masters Extra and Amen Corner Live, real-time scoring and other details is also available on the Masters official Web site, Masters.org.
The AT&T sponsorship underscores the company’s aim to provide entertainment that strengthen programmers’ and advertisers’ connections with new and loyal audiences, according to Dan York, head of content and programming, AT&T Entertainment Services, a new company division.
“The Masters recognizes that successful programming translates to all three screens, which AT&T can deliver to consumers, programmers and advertisers,” York said in a statement.
The Marketing Arm, Dallas, handles AT&T’s sponsorship.
