Atlantic List Co. Inc. has acquired list management and brokerage company Bush Co. Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
The company will retain the Bush name and serve as a division of Atlantic.
Arlene Baum, a Bush executive since 1988, will serve as vice president of the unit and continue to work out of an office in New Jersey.
