SRI Analytics is an Atlanta-based data analytics firm specializing in customer lifecycle management and statistical modeling, with a focus on the telecommunications sector.
Harold Ball, the founder and president of ARI Analytics, will remain onboard to head the newly formed group.
Aspen CEO Patrick O’Rahilly said that the acquisition fits well with its strategy to accelerate growth and focus on CRM, database marketing and analytics.
