Anything Internet Acquires Inform Worldwide for Stock

Anything Internet Corp., a Colorado Springs-based Internet services firm, has finalized its acquisition of location services provider Inform Worldwide, Inc. for $3 million in stock.

“For the first time, location awareness and personalized messaging capabilities will be available through an integrated environment,” said Anything Internet CEO Larry Arnold, in a statement. “We will generate revenues from access and usage fees for our e-hub solution as well as by reselling data packaged for industry-specific applications.”
