Altrec.com, an online outdoor and travel supply retailer, has acquired all the assets of Cox Interactive Media’s GreatOutdoorsman.com portal. Altrec.com also received a cash investment from Cox. The total value of the deal is $10.5 million.
The cash investment, which was made through Cox’s parent company Cox Enterprises Inc., gives Cox a minority share in Altrec.com and a seat on Altrec.com’s board of directors.

Capital Fulfillment tailors investor relations material for company Web sites, coordinates e-newsletters, and provides electronic links for other types of communications between companies and investors.
