Alorica Buys 400-Seat Call Center

CRM services firm Alorica Inc. has acquired a 30,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art customer care call center in Clovis, CA.

The acquisition includes customer support staff.

The 400-seat call center features the high-performance communications equipment to provide efficient routing of support calls, the company said.

“We are delighted with every aspect of our new addition, from the facility’s leading-edge communications infrastructure to the high skill set of the employees,” said Andy Lee, president Alorica in a statement.

Alorica, based in Chino, CA, offers a variety of services including customer interaction management, service logistics, depot and onsite repair services, as well as eBusiness solutions.
