Airgas, Inc., Radnor, PA, has completed the acquisition of Delta Safety Supply, Inc. Airgas did not release details of the acquisition.
The acquired business is now part of Airgas Northern California & Nevada, headquartered in Sacramento, CA, one of 12 regional companies within Airgas.
Airgas distributes industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding, safety and related products through eBusiness, catalog and telesales channels. Airgas generated $1.76 billion in revenue during the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 2002.
